Brizy Form Email Config Not Loading

Hi, 

On one of my projects (www.brizy.cloud/projects/12868640) which is a simple landing page - the email options for the form are not loading.

This is bizzare as on another one of my projects (same account) the email option loads. 

Could you please look into this? (screenprint attached).

  Hi Matt,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The issue appears to be related to one of the browser extensions that are currently active on your browser. Could you please try it in incognito mode, or please try using another browser and see if this makes any difference?

  Hi Ariel, 

  Thanks for following up.

  This seems to be project specfic as you can see in this LOOM video.  I used a Safari browser with no extensions and it worked on one project but not another.

  Interestingly both forms have exactly the same 'plug ins' - email and Send In Blue.

  If you could please investigate, it's a live project so I would prefer not to have to take the form down.

  I have reached out to a senior support member to look into this issue. In the meantime, would you mind attempting to duplicate the form and verifying if the email options are displayed?
