    Hi Anouk,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

The leads from your contact form are being saved correctly under Brizy → Leads, which confirms the form itself is working properly. The issue is related to email delivery on your server.

I tested both the default PHP mail function and the SMTP configuration, but neither worked. This usually happens when the hosting server blocks outgoing mail, has incorrect mail server settings, or restricts sending despite valid SPF/DKIM records, causing emails to fail silently or be rejected. This would need to be checked by your hosting provider.

What did work was connecting the form to Gmail. I created a _test page (https://saga4sailing.com/_test/) and confirmed that emails were successfully delivered using Gmail. This worked because Gmail uses its own authenticated mail servers with proper sending reputation and security configuration, bypassing your hosting server’s mail restrictions.

Please reach out to your hosting provider to review the server’s mail configuration. Otherwise, you may use a Gmail account instead by following the steps in this guide:

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
