Why it's auto refresh on my website?

After I use Brizy for my client's website it shows auto-refresh itself then when I deactivate the plugin it's not auto-refreshing. I also try other plugins to deactivate but it's still auto-refresh only the Brizy plugin when I try it to deactivate.

  Is the issue you're experiencing happening on all pages or just a specific page? Have you also tried accessing your site using a different browser to see if the issue persists?
