SSI Problem

Good afternoon, 

My site is not appearing online. I deleted my previous brizy cloud site in case that was the problem. I deleted and reinstalled the domain and changed all the DNS records as required, but I still get this error: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Could you please tell me how to fix it?
