Hello how are u I would like to make the payment for my agency account. I could not easily get to find how to do that please send me the payment link so that I make the payment . I needed to upgrade my payment method Let me know if there is any additional information needed . Regards

  Hi Kudakwashe,

  Can you please write an email to help@paddle.com requesting them to whitelist your IP address? Please include communitysupport@brizy.io in your cc. Please include all the details you have provided in your second message above (like the subscription URL, the error code etc.)

  Please also provide these details in your email:

  • Product: Brizy Agency Cloud (whitelabel)
  • Receipt Number:  

  Look for emails you have received from help@paddle.com and the you can find Receipt Number just below the heading.
