  Hi Ade,

  One of your Pro licenses had validity till Feb 1, 2021. I have fixed this issue and now the license has lifetime validity.

  You are subscribed to the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan and your subscription is active. When you say "please reactivate my account", what exactly do you mean? Do you see an indication that your account is not active?

  Thank you for this. I can now login and download brizy pro. (That’s what I meant of ‘reactive my account’ - I couldn’t see my home account page).

  Another question please? Btw is it too late to be able to be able to download projects html from my expired brizy cloud platform? And how to do it?

  You can Export the HTML for your project and download it as a ZIP file. Here is the procedure Export HTML
