Header is broken in cloud

I have trying to see what is wrong or changed the the header does not work in Brizy Cloud. I followed this video to see if I was doing things right. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7li8WlPzAM&t=25s The select menu is not working like what you show at 4:52 minutes. The option to select menu does not work in Brizy Cloud.
