Hi Hisham,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I understand that you're facing issues with Brizy templates. Clicking on a template shows an empty canvas, and global elements aren't appearing. Have you observed the same behavior while using a different web browser?
If this made no difference, please ensure you are using the most up-to-date versions of both Brizy and Brizy Pro. If the issue persists, consider temporarily deactivating all other plugins, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, to identify any potential conflicts with third-party plugins.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Yes this is happening for me as well. Global blocks are not appearing when I add them in to canvas.
Now even though they are not showing up on my canvas, if I click save and preview.. I see them!! Strange.
Update to the latest brizy and brizy pro (as of today) when the issue started.0 -

Hi,
Thank you reaching out to us.
I have noticed that this problem often occurs when there are multiple display conditions for the global headers. To fix this issue, please locate a page where the global block is visible and reduce the display conditions, following the example provided.
You can exclude as many pages as you want, but make sure to set the Pages and Brizy templates to "All". If you don't want to use the Global headers on specific Brizy Templates or if you have created a different header for these templates, you can exclude them as well.
You can access the display conditions by going to the block properties, as demonstrated below.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.Best regards,

Sorry @Ariel.HI cant seem to access the globals because there isn't a page where it shows in order for me to access. It would be nice if the Brizy team can add a way to access these conditions from the template area AND do not add the conditions in automatically.
But, what is more, I cant even make a new element and set it as a global without it disappearing once i've set it.0 -
OK. This is a bug.....
But I have found a workaround based on your suggestion.
INCLUDE: Pages > ALL
INCLUDE: Brizy Template > ALL
Doesn't work!!
INCLUDE: ALL
Works!!0 -

Hi Ariel..
Thanks but this is not ideal. If I include anything else, the block vanishes.
It seem as if the global conditions menu should also appear from inside the Global blocks saved area as well.0 -
Hi Sam,
Thank you for the update.
Sorry that you're having a hard time with this issue. For us to have a clearer picture of the issue you are facing, could you please provide us a short screencast demonstrating the issue?
I am looking forward to your response.

Ariel,
Ok I think I have found the issue!
For some reason I cannot seem to select INCLUDE "Brizy Templates" in the global conditions.
When I click it, nothing happens. Therefore, that would explain why my global elements disappear when I make the global when creating templates. This may be a bug. I've tried disabling all plugins, changing out Brizy versions, etc. Nothing works.
Honestly, I think having Conditions on Globals is very problematic. Why couldn't the global element work just like the save elements, and not "auto" insert itself to the pages?
Also, I think users should be able to set a layer number (e.g. 99 = Footers, 98= sub-footers, 1=Headers) to global elements, so if the global auto inserts itself to other pages automatically, at least it would appear in the layered order. But please remove the globals from auto inserting itself.Another option I would suggest is to allow users the option to edit global conditions from the global blocks saved area.
