    Hi Ricardo,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This error is due to a bug at our end. I have reported it and we will work on fixing it. Please give us some time to fix this bug.

    Okay, I was able to use the sync option to transfer the layouts by disabling the white label. I would now like to cancel my Brizy Cloud Agency subscription (do this before April 10th because I don't want to get charged for another month, please). I don't need the cloud version of Brizy anymore and I fully transferred everything I needed onto the wordpress plugin pro agency version which is the one I will be using from now on. (The profile > payments option to cancel it myself I think it cancels both and I only want to cancel the cloud version. (Not sure, but don't wan't to risk cancelling both and losing my projects. Thanks!

    I still got charged $49 right before receiving a cancellation email. Who do I contact to get a refund?

    Charged me $49 to use it for one day? Also, it said it was going to renew the 10th, not the eleventh. Please refund when available, thanks.
