    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I assume that this occurred after you pointed your domain name to your Brizy Cloud site.  If you have correctly configured the DNS following the steps in the below article, it may take some time for the changes to fully propagate.

    In any case, could you please provide us the domain name, so we can check it at our end?  We won't make it public if you prefer to keep your domain name private.

    If this is not the issue, please provide more details, so we can better understand your concern.
