Encoding error on the Block menü

Hello,

I am working for this website forschungszulagenrechner.de/ but everything works fine until we open this website: https://forschungszulagenrechner.de/ratgeber/

The Blog menü doesn't recognise "öäü" etc. Even the button "Read more" was actually in German "Mehr lesen" but last week suddenly we saw that it was changed at somehow. When you click each of the articles, there is not encoding problem, even not on the title of the articles but only in the content of the Blog-Menu.

What I did to to solve it:

1.  on the wp-config.php file, i have commented following codes:
   //define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’);
   //define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);
   
   But since it didn't helped, I jumped to the second step
2.  on the wp-db.php file, i have changed following line:
    mysql_query("SET NAMES ‘utf8’");
   
   But since it didn't help, I would like to ask you all for help and suggestions for a direct solution.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Did you also check if the issue is coming from your theme by temporarily switching it to one of the default themes?

  If this didn't help, could you please try to revert Brizy and Brizy Pro to these versions:

  If reverting to the older versions addressed the issue, please copy your website to a staging environment where the issue can be reproduced and provide us your login details, so we can further investigate the issue.
