Please change my subscription
Hello!
I was unable to renew my subscription on April 1. I had to cancel my credit card on file because I lost it. I should have been more on top of it, but recently had a baby (on Feb. 28) and was preoccupied with taking care of him while he was sick over the weekend.
I am unable to sign up for my old subscription, so I signed up for Agency, which I don't actually need. I need a subscription similar to the one I had previously. Can you please help me?
