Hello,
I am experiencing significant issues with your page builder, and it's become extremely frustrating as I'm on a tight deadline with my project. Not only is the builder consistently causing problems with my website, but I also created three templates intended for specific post categories. I've spent a month attempting to integrate the plugin successfully into Brizy and simply want to edit the text for subsequent blog posts. I've reached my limit.
I would like to cancel my plan and request a refund. I have never been as frustrated with a plugin as with Brizy. Please get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

To proceed with your refund and plan cancellation, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Account" tab.
- From the menu, select "Payments".
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click on the option to "Request Cancellation".

When submitting the cancellation note, you can include a request for a refund of any charges that have been applied to your account.
