why cannot use pro version?

Hi, I paid for the Bridge Pro White Label Cloud a while ago and the plug-in down of the Pro version doesn't work.Can you tell me why?

  Hi Hyein,

  Your are subscribed to the White Label Cloud plan and you can access your current projects at https://www.brizy.cloud/dashboard

  When you say "the plug-in down of the Pro version doesn't work" do you mean that you are unable to set a project as 'Free' by clicking on the 'Downgrade' option? What happens when you try to Downgrade? Do you see an error message? Please share with us more details.
