Is it possible that I did something wrong or is it a bug?

  I have tested it on desktop and mobile.

  Please try clearing your browser cache or try using another browser and see if this makes any difference.

  Thanks for the answer, unfortunately I've tried with various browsers (Safari, Chrome, Opera) but nothing is wrong.
  
  

  Is there a guide to check if the settings are done correctly?

  Hi Ariel,

  I tried to upload the video, on Chrome and Firefox both from mobile and from Desk it works,

  on Safari it doesn't play it, can you help me please?

  Hi Luciano,

  I tried playing the video on Safari on an iPhone and on a Mac. The video seems playing fine.

  Can you please try it on other iPhones and Macs?
