Brizy Pro Agency once subscription ends
So testing the brizy pro plan on a website that uses pro when the licence is removed the edited pages show up these errors on the editor:

Two things, firstly when this happens it has completely broken the website which i thought wasn't meant to happen, i thought elements were meant to still work if placed but you can no longer add additional elements to pages as would be locked in the menu to the left.
This means making websites for clients where the Pro Plan may expire will break their website.
Secondly the Get a PRO plan link is directing to your pricing page not the White Labels Company.

Hi James,
When the Brizy Pro subscription ends, you cannot edit/add Brizy Pro features in your WordPress Dashboard. However the designs developed using the Pro features should continue to display well in the frontend even after the Pro subscription expires. Please have a look at this article What happens if I don’t continue the PRO subscription after 1 year?
The Upgrade to PRO error messages are intended to be displayed only in your WordPress Dashboard. Are you seeing this error in the website frontend as well?
You are right; the hyperlink on the Get A Pro plan does not show the white-label link. Instead it links to the pricing page in brizy.io. In your opinion, what is the right approach in this scenario? Should a customer have the option to get in contact with the page builder vendor directly if his web developer did not renew the page builder subscription, and he wants to make changes to his website after his maintenance contract with the agency has ended?

I thought this was the case, then there is a bug for the menus feature when the subscription ends it stops the mega menu / drop downs from working.
Also menu cache or something has a bug in the sense I have tested a display on logged in only menu via the menu area this all worked and i was signed in to an account which displayed a users account name in the menu, if I changed browser to a new browser say firefox as a new user and opened the page it would load the last person's username in the box as if logged in which shouldn't of been displayed, it should of been not logged in for the new user.
When clicking the name or links that were meant to only be available for the logged in user it would then realise the person had no cookie / logged in and would reset the menu back to a logged out menu.
Not sure what's going on there with the menus but a couple of bugs in them on wordpress.
No error in front end other than this menu bug and a cart icon bug when pro ends.

As for the buy pricing link I personally think retention back to agency would be the preferred route as that would be the whole point of white label in the first place. Perhaps the option in the white label area for agency to make that decision would be the ideal solution?

Hi James,
You are right; the mega menu, the authorized user's name and the Cart element do not display well in the frontend when Brizy Pro expires. I will report these bugs and we will work on fixing it.
From the sequence of steps you have described above, it was a bit hard to understand the exact issue you were highlighting. If I have not listed the issue you were describing, can you do a screen recording so that we can understand it better?
If the web developer who did not renew the subscription is in business and can still service the client, your solution would be good. However if the web developer has gone out of business or cannot service the client, the end client will have no way to contact the software vendor if we follow this approach.
