Hi i have been using this template https://quantum1.brizy.site/ and it does not seem to be able to be used on brizy cloud. I choose to work with this template and press preview and i cannot seem to get the site to work on any of my sub domains. is it spoilt?

You are right; the 'Quantum' design layout causes an Internal Server Error when previewing the page after cloning the project to an account. I have reported this bug. We will working on fixing this bug.
In the meantime, please import the same layout from the Blocks and Layouts library
