Hi,

Can someone please explain when my next payment is due and when my current expiry dates is. 

The account shows dates for Oct 2024, but I received an email saying payment will be processed 10 Oct 2023?

  Hi Fourie,

  Your last annual payment was on Oct 10, 2022. Your next payment is due on Oct 10, 2023. 

  I checked your account and could not see a reference to October 2024. If you see a notification that your next payment is due in October 2024, that could be an error.
