Issue with Lifetime Brizy License

    Hi Carl,

    Thank you for contacting us.

While your previous licenses are labeled as "Lifetime," it's important to note that we have internally assigned them a distant expiration date. Please be aware that all licenses in our system, including those marked as "Lifetime," now have an associated expiration date.

However, rest assured that your licenses genuinely hold a lifetime validity, regardless of the label you observe in your brizy.io account. We will continue to extend the expiration dates of your licenses, ensuring that they effectively function as lifetime licenses.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

The same thing is happening to me: lifetime licenses now have an expiration date of Jan 1, 2038.

Can I please confirm what you said above? Wouldn't it be easier to revert back to labelling new licenses as "Lifetime" if they are?

I am using my Brizy licenses fairly and would appreciate if the original lifetime deal I bought was honoured. Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Nathan

    Hi Nathan,

As Ariel mentioned above,  your licenses have a lifetime validity, regardless of the label you see in your brizy.io account. We will continue to extend the expiration dates of your licenses, ensuring that they effectively function as lifetime licenses.

We honor the original lifetime deal you bought from us. Please read January 1, 2038 as lifetime.
