Refund for cancelled subscription within 30 days
Hello,
I have just canceled my subscription within 30 days of purchase since I could not even activate the Brizy Pro plugin on Local, which is quite disappointing. I would definitely like to ask for a refund.

We would like to process your refund; before we do that, can I ask you what was the issue you were facing with activating Brizy Pro? Have you followed the procedure in this tutorial to install Brizy Pro? How to install Brizy PRO and activate your PRO license
Brizy normally works well with Local by Flywheel. I have setup a Brizy website using Local. Please have a look this screen recording https://jmp.sh/653YPwFl

Thank you for the help. I did finally manage to get Brizy to work with Local. I would however still like to ask for a refund for my cancelled subscription within 30 days.

Hi Kornelije,
I received confirmation that your refund has been approved. You can expect the refunded amount to be credited back to your account within a maximum of 5-7 business days, if not sooner.
