    Hi Wojtekovits,

Can you try changing your theme to Blocksy and see if that makes a difference? You could also try another theme from this list https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

    Hi George,

Sadly we are not able to change the theme because there's an already installed theme right now and the whole website could collapse and the IT team refused to do this. Is there any workaround possiblities?

    Bests,

    Mate

    Hi Wojtekovits,

    Thank you for the update.

Could you possibly generate a staging version of your website where we could replicate the issue? This approach would enable you to troubleshoot the problem without impacting your live site.

    Hi Ariel,

We made a dev. environment, installed the Blocksy template and the brizy works. We need further support on what to include in the custom template to make Brizy work in a similar way.

    Thanks in advance!

    Mate

    Hi Mate,

Thank you for the update. Sorry for the confusion, when you mention the need for "additional guidance on what should be included in the custom template to replicate Brizy's functionality," please provide more details of what you wanted to achieve.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

The problem is that our WP website has an unique theme/template, where the brizy plugin does not work at all and we receive error requests as mentioned in my first comment.

To solve this issue, we have installed a dev environment without these unique template as you advised where the Brizy plugin works well.

However, it's not clear to us what should we do to make the Brizy plugin work in our unique template. That's what we are looking for and would like to receive help from you guys. Just let me know what you need.

    Bests,
    Mate

    Hi Mate,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

Unfortunately, this might involve custom code, which falls outside the scope of our support. We recommend reaching out to your theme developer for further assistance, as they would be better equipped to provide the necessary guidance.

If this was due to a recent update or if it was previously working, we can provide you with the previous versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro that was compatible with your website.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
