Website image not showing when I use the link in a post on Linkedin

Hi, when I include a link to my website in a LinkedIn post it used to show an image from the site, but now it just shows a gray box. See pic.

Any idea why an image would not show, and which image is it trying to use in this case? Is it the favicon or the webclip or an image from the home page?

Can you suggest any way to ensure that the image is picked up when posted to LinkedIn in a comment or post?
