How do I turn off auto renew and cancel?

  Hi Jordan,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Account" tab.
  3. Select "Payments" from the menu.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  5. Click on the option to "Request Cancellation".

  Once your subscription has been canceled, auto-renewal will be turned off.
