    Hi

Apart from the A Record you have added, your domain also has two additional A Records with the IPs 3.33.130.190 and 15.197.148.33. Please sign into to your GoDaddy account and delete these two A Records and get back to us. We will help you with the SSL certificate.

Hello. Thank you both very much for your immediate response. The good service is greatly appreciated. I made the corresponding modifications and my page is now displayed correctly and with an SSL certificate.

Now I would just like the page to load without the www and for the redirection to be from www to the base domain. How can I do this?

I look forward to your response.
    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for the update. I'm glad that this is now sorted out.

Regarding your next question, I regret to inform you that Brizy Cloud does not currently support naked domains. This means that you can only use a custom domain with the "www" prefix, such as "www.mysite.com", instead of just "mysite.com".

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please let me know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Same issue here, more than 24 hours passed for the SSL on www.kreativeideer.no.

This is the first time I'm experiencing this. Normally I'm up and running in 1-2 hours when I move a domain.

    Using Brizy Cloud

DNS and everything looks right on my side and also everything is Green inside og Brizy Cloud under publish.

Is there a hickup in Brizy or something wrong on my side?
