The Overlay on the picture is not working

Hey there, 

we have in the here a picture and normally we set it with a black background on 50% transparency- but it does not work - can you help us fix the Problem ?

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I assume you are referring to the background image in the hero section of your site.

    Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

    1. If by any chance you have embedded a custom code on this page, please try to temporarily remove it and see if this resolves the issue.
    2. Temporarily switch to another theme and see if it works.
    3. If the above didn't help, try to isolate the issue by disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy pro. See if it resolves the issue.  If it does, gradually enable the rest of the plugins as you test your until the issue re-occurs. This will help you determine the conflicting plugin.

    If nothing helps, you can provide us temporary access to your WP Admin login details, so we can further check the issue.
    Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io
