    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the delayed response.

    We noticed that your Agency subscription was active until December 24, 2022. However, it was paused for a few months and then renewed in August of this year. Additionally, you also have a Freelancer Cloud subscription.

    If you no longer require one of your subscriptions, we can cancel it for you. This will ensure that you only have one plan active. Please let us know how you would like us to proceed.

    Thank you for the update.

    Could you please confirm if you currently have any active projects in your Freelancer Cloud subscription? This information is necessary in order for us to proceed with submitting a cancellation request. You may need to backup your projects before we proceed to ensure that no data is lost.

    I see that I already finally have the functionalities from the Agency plan, I do not know what projects I had in the freelancer plan. I care that all projects are in the Agency plan, and that in the next monthy it does not charge from the Freelancer plan
