Code embed doesn't work
Hi,
When we try to add embed script (JS & HTML) code, the page doesn't let us save changes/updates. Here is a screen recording that our employee recorded: https://walkthroughs.gagansarkaria.com/recordings/WDlIcRl0pIVh9DCm4aor
Here are the login access that you could use to access the dashboard:
Login:
- URL: https://www.unfoldyourhealth.com/loggsin
- User:-----
- Pass: ----
We're in a rush; please help us to fix it asap.

Hi,
Here you go:
1. Login URL: https://www.unfoldyourhealth.com/loggsin
2. User:
3. Password: reset your password
We have a full backup of our website. You may move forward to solve the issue.
Here is the embed code:
```<script async src="https://www.vbt.io/ext/vbtforms.js?lang=en" charset="utf-8"></script>
<div id="vbtEFWrapper-96368">
<div class="vboutEmbedFormBox" id="vboutEmbedFormBox-96368" data-vbtfc="ff8ba4fe52f7fbc49b38a6d18768f270"></div>
</div>```
You could add this code in any page to test.
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
I have successfully embedded the script on my test environment on this URL, so I assume that this issue is related to your server.
https://staging.server001.xyz/test/general-test-pageI haven't inspected your site yet, but there are a few things that could be causing this issue.
1. If you are using security plugins, try to temporarily disable it and see if this makes any difference. If you are using WordFence, set it to Learning Mode.
2. Please also ask your hosting provider to temporarily disable mod_security or add Brizy to the ModSecurity exception list.
In any case, I will try the credentials again to inspect your website and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Hi,
Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to your site.
The password was reset, however, when I tried to log in, nothing happens, so I tried to reset the password again and it throws this error.
https://prnt.sc/RnvC1yOXEWjIThis also confirms that you're using WordFence.
Please temporarily disable it and see if it addresses the issue.
If solves the issue, enable it and set it to Learning Mode.Best regards,
Hi @Ariel,
Sorry about that. I've disabled the Wordfence plugin, and now you can try to access it.
We've also disabled mod_security from our cPanel, so it should be working now. Give it a try and let me know how that goes!
Hi,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I've looked at your site and found no problems with saving the page with the script embedded in it.
I've made a screencast for you at this link:
https://youtu.be/s5p9UFAlqQcI've also enabled WordFence, and it appears to be working, so I assume that ModSecurity was causing this issue.
Please observe and let us know if the issue continues.
Have a pleasant weekend!Best regards,
Ariel H.0
