Brizy cloud not working

Hi! My brizy cloud is no longer working. I had changed dns with cloudflare and it had copied the brizy settings across. However even though I am meant to have the cloud subscription for life, now it suddenly does not appear properly in brizy for custom domain. Can you please help fix this. Thanks

  Hi James,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  In Cloudflare, there is a feature called DNS Proxy that may be causing the issue. Brizy Cloud is incompatible with DNS Proxy enabled.  Please disable DNS Proxy for the CNAME and the A Records you have added to your domain with Cloudflare. 
  To disable DNS proxy for each record, please edit the domain record and then click the toggle switch under Proxy Status. When the Proxy is disabled, the toggle switch color changes to gray. 
  
  When you have disabled DNS Proxy for both the domain records, it should look like this 
  
  Please try this and let me know how it goes.
