Brizy Woo Cart not updating
Running WP 6.2, Brizy 2.4.17 / 2.4.16 Pro all other plugins up to date.
Placed a Brizy Woo Cart in a global block header visible on all pages of site.
I use Brizy templates for both Shopping (product archive) and Product pages.
If I load items into a cart from either the shopping page or product page, then go to checkout, data is correct. However if I then go to some other site page (abandon the cart) such as the home page or back to the shopping page, most of the time cart will not update. However if I go to back to the product page it will be correct. If I go to other pages on site, some may have correct cart data, others may not. No obvious cause. It is as though no consistent trigger exists to update cart contents after a change. Is the a way to force an update after cart change that will always be seen sitewide?

Hi Chris,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, there is no way in Brizy to force an update after a cart change that will be seen sitewide, its primary responsibility is only for the visual appearance of the website.
This issue might be caused by a conflict with Brizy or a plugin or your theme.
Could you please confirm if you have tried the following?
1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
(Brizy Version 2.4.17 and Brizy Pro Version 2.4.16)Please provide us with a screencast demonstrating the issue, so we can reproduce it on our end if this doesn't help.
Best regards,

I have been working on it overnight, problem seems to be in the caching of cart data. Working to isolate the cookie responsible and then restrict it from being cached in my cache plugin. Does Brizy's cart feature use the default woo commerce cookies such as woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash or are there any brizy specific cookies I need to be looking for?

Hi Devashish,
Thank you for the update.
The main responsibility of Brizy's cart feature is related to the visual appearance of your website. Any chance, are you using SiteGround Optimizer or a similar server-side caching tool? If this is the case, could you please temporarily disable it and see if this solves the issue?
Otherwise, for us to better assist you with troubleshooting, we kindly request that you create a staging version of your website. This allows us to thoroughly investigate any issues without compromising the privacy of your main website.
Please remove any sensitive data from the staging version of your website and send us the credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io.I am looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

Already confirmed it was an issue with caching. Using WP-Optimize. Was able to get things running again for now using their cookie cache exclusions on the woo commerce cookies mention in previous email. For now, we can close this issue, although if Brizy is generating any Brizy-unique cookies related to the cart, I would like to add them to the exclusion list.
