loading page very slow

Hi, my website is joywaydigital.com

The images on my homepage can't seem to be loading and the whole loading speed is very slow too, how do you speed up the loading process?

  Hi Feon,

  Ideally you should use 200-350 KB images for your background. The background image on your homepage hero section is 3.62 MB. Please consider resizing and converting your image to JPG to make it smaller. I have made it a 185 KB image. https://jmp.sh/vcwVBGS1  Please consider using this image.
