Form won't send

Hi,

I have to identical websites, https://dikkedj.nl/ en https://dj-marcel.nl/. On the bottom of those websites, there are 3 buttons which open a popup with a contact form. For some reason, the contact form on dj-marcel.nl gives a "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT" error.

  Hi Marcel,

  I just tested the form at https://dj-marcel.nl/ I am getting the message "YOUR EMAIL WAS SENT SUCCESSFULLY"

  Can you please check again?

  Hi,

   

  Thanks for your fast response. Yes, I got it working now, but I seem to be doing wrong.

  I’ve saved the popup as global and then selected it from the saved popups library (it’s not under global). But if I change something in the (global) popup,

  Hi Marcel,

  There are two types of popups you can setup with Brizy Popup builder.

  1. Conditional Popups. These popups get triggered automatically when a certain condition is fulfilled (example; when the user has visited three pages). Conditional popups can be made global. In the Display Conditions, you can set the popup to be displayed on all of your pages.
  2. On-click popups. These popups are triggered when the user clicks on a button/ text/ icon/ image. You can reuse these from the Saved popup library. However you can't make on-click popups global.
