Unable to see option to save a block, and while adding a new block, add a blank block

While adding a new Block, I'm only seeing option to add a Global Block, nothing for a Blank Block or Templates or Saved Blocks.

  It seems that the issue you are experiencing could be caused by a conflict. To troubleshoot this, I recommend trying the following steps:

  Start by temporarily switching to another theme and see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is specific to your current theme.

  If this doesn’t help, temporarily try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if this helps. If it does, go back to the plugins area and enable all other plugins one at a time as you test your site until the issue comes back. This procedure will help you determine which plugin is causing the issue.
