Hello! I have some issues with my menu header and I would really appreciate if you can help me! 

1. How can I make my menu transparent and more narrowed on the sides? (top and bottom)

 

2. Why when I scroll down the page with my updated menu header, it is sticky but showing as an initial brizy template?

3. How to change the titles on the menu header? I'm using Astra theme and i want to edit one page name e.g. change Amenities menu title to Category
