Still charged after cancelling plan
Hi, I cancelled my plan a few days ago, before the renewal date. However, I was still charged my renewal yesterday.
Please can you review, and reverse the new annual plan subscription with a refund?

Upon checking, I can confirm that your subscription is currently active. In order to proceed with canceling your subscription, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below:
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Click on the "Account" tab.
- Select "Payments" from the options.

hi Ariel, I suspect the reason it shows my subscription is still active is because it renewed today... My point is that I requested to cancel a couple of days ago, before renewal, but no cancellation occurred and I was charged again. Please can you help resolve this?

Hi Ariel, Yes, I completed the cancellation request, and received a notification which said it could take a couple of days.
