Header script does not work

Hello, I inserted 3 scripts to the header of my website www.nestratpracu.eu

Activechat

Tooltip.io

Google Analytics

None of these scripts is working, so I expect that the problem would be on Brizy Website.

Could you please check it and advise men what I am doing wrong?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please provide us the scripts you were trying to add to the header, so we can reproduce the issue at our end? 
    We already have a general idea of how Google Analytics works; however, we need some relevant links or examples of how Active chat and Tooltip.io. scripts should work, so we can reproduce the issue.

    Hello, Only activechat can be used on other domains, Google Analytics and Tooltip depends on the domain.     Thank you for the update.

    I've tested Google Analytics and Tooltip.io and  Landesk Active chat on my website, and they appear to be working as expected.   You can check all this on this test website - https://lemon16169848.brizy.site/

    Google Analytics and Tooltip player are both in the <head> section - https://prnt.sc/W8VHbuH-JcyS

    The Landesk Chat was embedded somewhere at the bottom of the page just before the closing </body> tag as per instruction on their website - https://prnt.sc/pl--69TRCc_F

    You may need to check the scripts, also move Landesk chat to a global footer, if you want it to appear on all your pages. Use the embed element to embed the script.

    Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Hello Ariel, I moved Landesk to the footer and it started working. For some reason, even Google Analytics started working. But for Tooltip.io I do not have a solution. Send me your Email and I will make you team member to check my setting for Tooltip.io Thanks Bruno

    Please try to generate a new code by pressing Install Player, and replace the currently embedded code in your website to see if that works. https://prnt.sc/j7qK5zrtpfzh
    Otherwise, please contact Tooltip support for further assistance.
    As much as we wanted to assist, troubleshooting third-party code is beyond the scope of our support.
