I am having issues with 2 contact forms

I have 2 forms on https://www.selondondrivingschool.co.uk/contact-us/ and https://www.selondondrivingschool.co.uk/ (the button pop up has a form)

these 2 forms were working until recently

I can see form entries from 7th march 2023

has anything changed on brizy code which would mean contact forms aren't working

  Could you please try to temporarily disable it and see if this fixes the issue?
