Trying to edit a template in Brizy Cloud and Add pages and menu. No SETTING GEAR in MENU

Video shows settings gear icon that's not in the CLOUD menu to add pages.  Is the video outdated???  Need help.

  To add pages to your project, please click on the hamburger icon on the top left and click on Pages - https://prnt.sc/gd9YZre8ZDW-
  You can also find the project settings gear on the lower left.
