    Hi Michael,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Please provide us with the WordPress credentials, so we can look into this issue further. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please make a full backup of your website as a precaution.

Meanwhile, I suggest trying an alternative browser to see if that resolves the issue you're experiencing. If the problem persists, it's possible that there may be a conflict between Brizy and either a plugin or your theme.

You can identify the conflict by:

    1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
    2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.

In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,
thank you for answering. I tried with another Browser (Chrome) again. With Chrome (iPad Pro) there are no problems. Only with Safari the problem is continuing. I’m using the most recent versions of Brizy, Brizy Pro and iPadOS.
Is this information helpful for you?
    Best regards,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for the update. I’m glad that it’s working in Chrome.
To address the problem in Safari, I recommend updating your browser to a more recent version. Updating Safari might help resolve the issue you're experiencing.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel, I’m just using the recent version of Safari. There is no newer update in the Appstore available. Maybe there is a problem with the new iPadOS 17 with Safari and Brizy!? Best regards, Michael

    Hi Michael,

Could you try and edit your pages in incognito mode in Safari?

    Hi Ariel,
it‘s also not working with incognito mode in Safari. I tried also to delete cookies in Safari, but it’s also not working…
    Best regards,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

It seems that there might be a conflict between Safari and iPadOS 17 causing the issue you are experiencing. I will try to recreate the problem on my end and provide you with an update as soon as possible. Meanwhile, please continue using Chrome.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
