Brizy Cloud is working very slow!!

Hello Support Team,

Brizy Cloud is working very slowly. We are having a big event soon, but can't upload information normally because of the loading speed.

Please, could you do something about it? What could be the reason?

  Hi Nina,

  Can you please mention the Workspace, Project Name and the Preview URL of the project so that we can check its speed? When you say upload information, what are you trying to upload? Please let us know the exact steps we must follow to reproduce the issue you are facing.

  I'm just editing texts and it's slow at loading and scrolling through the page. Also saving the changes (update) is very slow.

  Hi Nina,

  I have looked at the above project. Your project loads at a relatively slower speed. However scrolling seems to work well at my end. Every update takes 3-4 seconds. The slow speed could be due to 

  • 29 big poster images added to a carousel towards the bottom of the page
  • Big image added to the hero section
  • 2 videos added under the heading 'Vinul nostru cucerește lumea'
  • 2 embedded content from Flipsnack and 1 from Facebook

  Hi George,

  Thank you for the investigation! 
  I'll try to eliminate these issues if it's possible.

  I just thought, that the slow loading may be due to Layouts imported from a very old version of a project in brizy.cloud.
