Background Image for Entire page

Is there a way to add background image for the entire page? So one could be scrolling through the blocks while background image stayed the same. Or that could be type of an animated BG image

I found an option to slice the image and add a slice to each block which is very cumbersome to deal with. 

Is there an easier way to add background image to the entire page?

  To apply an image background to the entire page, the simplest approach is to create a block element and place all your design elements within this block. By setting the background image on this block, it will span across the entire page.
