External Links Not Working

I am using the below external links on my website but they do not seem to be working.

https://app.vibexviral.com

https://www.vibexviral.com

Could you please help me with this?

  Hi Ariel, I am using a Login button on my website to redirect the user to my SaaS link so they can login. I used the link feature on the button and added the following link "https://app.vibexviral.com/" in the URL tab. AND I have a Privacy Policy page that opens into a new tab, now I added the link to my home page on my logo (on the Privacy Policy page). I use the same URL tab in the link feature and used www.vibexviral.com as the website URL. But it seems that both external links are not working. Thanks, Raj
