Page needs refresh

Hello,

My site gives an error, saying the page needs refresh with every update I make on existing blocks. My hosting has enough storage and I also cleared the cache. 

 

Please help me out!

  I can't send a video, but this happens every time when I'm changing a page or add a certain (saved) block to a new page. I am very sure no one else is working on it.

  Thank you for your cooperation.

  Here are two things that you can try to resolve the issue.

  1. Ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP Memory Limit. You can also do it yourself by following the steps on this link:

  If possible, raise it to 512 MB or more.

  2. Clean up your database by removing unnecessary data that accumulated over time. This will also improve your site's performance.
