video header not playing

Hi,
I have an external video host account and the video is :
https://adilo.bigcommand.com/watch/_mA_rriS

Do I have to embed the video ?

The video link doesn't start the video .

Any suggestions ?

  Unfortunately, the current link you are using is associated with an external video player, which means it is incompatible for this purpose, an MP4 video link is required - https://i.imgur.com/oaUUk6p.png

  Please reach out to Adilo support and check if it’s possible to share video links with the .mp4 extension.
