Brizy coud / simpl email form

Hi,

I have a simple 'subscribe' button at the bottom of my page. No 3rd part integration. Simple internal mail. But when subscribing I never receive the emails from the brizy server. Can you help me out?

  To troubleshoot the issue you're facing, I recommend checking the "Leads" section in your account dashboard. This will allow you to review the emails that have been sent from your website. By checking this section, you can confirm whether the emails are being sent successfully - https://i.imgur.com/3Oe4gYy.png

  If the problem persists, and you're still not receiving the emails, I suggest trying an alternative email address. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the email address you're currently using.

  Hi,
  I checked and the 2 email addresses are in the leads list.

  So I tried a gmail address I have to receive emails = that works.

  I checked the email address I would like to use (hosted by lws.fr) to see if I see something in spam, which I don't. So can I rectify this issue?

  Hi KC,

  It's that project: LF2T.Fr which is www.lafrenchtouchtraders.fr. It's in the workspace La French Touch Traders (FR).

  Hi Koen,

  I have added my email address to your form on the Membership page and tested it now. I received the email notification. Please check if you received a copy of the same email.

  That indeed works. But let's try this one when you want to get notified on info@lafrenchtouchtraders.fr -> use that address please

  I have added info@lafrenchtouchtraders.fr as an additional email address and have tested the form. Please check if you have received the following email in both inboxes.
