Global Header Requires Updating in Every Page
Good day!
In our website (https://uppage.us/), updating any global element in a particular page requires updating other pages as well. So when I make changes to the global header in "About Us" page, the edits wouldn't instantly affect other pages that has the condition of the global header, I have to enter into those pages and click update.
I cleared our WP Rocket, static and object caches to no avail.
Here is a video for your reference:

Is there any way to fix this issue? Thank you so much!

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your cooperation.
The issue is probably due to the multiple display conditions of the navigation menu. Kindly consider revising it and simplifying it.
If you want to display the navigation menu on all pages, you can set the condition to “All” and use exclude if needed, if you don't want the menu to appear on some pages: https://prnt.sc/EH0z-bAhniFaPlease try this and let me know how it goes.

Hi Steven,
This is what I see when I check your website https://jmp.sh/KcyDgc3G What are the steps I must follow to see the layout shift?
Does the problem with the global blocks affect both the frontend of the website and the Brizy editor, or simply the frontend? Can you please try this? In your WordPress Dashboard under Settings - WP Rocket - File Optimization, disable these options and check if the issue with the Global blocks get resolved? https://jmp.sh/6oxbyJGJ
- Load JavaScript Deferred
- Delay JavaScript Execution

Hi KC,
It only appears with the frontend. Also, disabling the JavaScript options in WP rocket didn't help. We just turned it back on.

Hi Steven,
I see this header on all your pages. Can you specify URLs of the pages with a different header?

Here are the URLs with different headers:
https://uppage.us/
https://uppage.us/privacy-policy/
These URLs has the white version of the header.
Thanks!0 -
Hi Steven,
The header on the homepage and the Privacy Policy page looks identical to me. (except the background color which seems to come from the hero block below the header)
