How do I open a support ticket to resolve an issue I'm having?

  Hi Wesner,

  You have two ways you can contact Brizy Support. If you need to open a support ticket, please use the first method of contacting us. 

  • Using a Private Channel: If you like to have a private conversation with Brizy Support, you send an email to support@brizy.io. This will open a support ticket for you.
  • Using this Public Forum: If you want to explore previous solutions offered to other Brizy users first, before asking a question, you normally come to this Public Forum. Questions posted are first reviewed by a support staff before making it public. The entire conversation gets published and will be available for future reference for all users.
