Liftime plan showing expiration date

I have a Brizy Pro Lifetime plan, but now when I generate a new license key, it shows me the expiration date of 2038. previously it said LIFETIME which shows the actual plan i have, Can you please check?

  Hi Salman,

  We maintain a far-off expiration date for lifetime licenses. The expiration date of the particular license you are referring is set to 01/01/38. This date is primarily for internal purpose. This license like all other licenses is a lifetime license.

  if new licenses are also lifetime Why they change the label "LIFETIME" and set the expire date. ? If there is no change in the plan you could keep the same expiry as LIFETIME which we had previously. it look like you have plan to change something internaly as well

  We want to kindly inform you that the date shown in the dashboard does not impact the benefits of your Lifetime plan. Rest assured, as one of our early customers, we have a record of all Lifetime plans and can easily identify them internally.

  The intentional expiration date of 01/01/2038 is in place to allow us the flexibility to adapt to future plan updates while ensuring that Lifetime plan holders continue to receive their entitled benefits.

  can you confirm that if i create a license in 2025 then it will last for 15 years i.e 2040?

  Hi Salman,

  What you are seeing above is a deviation from the design. Ideally all licenses should have the same label. Sometimes the system may not behave in the way we have designed it.  What we can guarantee is that you will have the privilege of a lifetime license irrespective of what you see in the Expiry Date in our subscription management system. 

  For some reason, when you create a license in 2025, if the expiry date is not 15 years later in 2040, please let us know. We are here to ensure that you receive the privileges that is promised to you when you bought the subscription.
