    Hi Justin,

Thank you for taking the time to make the screencast demonstrating the issue.
Could you also please confirm if this occurs on another browser?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hey Ariel, So no issues on Safari. Video here. (https://www.berrycast.com/conversations/dc41385e-25aa-5583-84ac-44576f8a2ac4) 1. Thoughts on what I need to do to make it work properly on Chrome like it does on Safari? 2. How do I transfer sites between two Brizy Cloud accounts? Thank you! Justin

    Hi Justin,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Another customer also experienced this problem with Chrome.
In most cases, clearing your browser's cache or resetting the browser to its factory default settings can help resolve these types of issues.

To transfer sites between two Brizy Cloud sites, please use Sync - https://youtu.be/HuEN1kzdphg

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel, Thanks I'll look into clearing my browser cache. What about my second question regarding transferring sites between two accounts. Is there a tutorial on how to do that? An unofficial tutorial I found wasn't helpful. Justin

    Hey Ariel,

    Thanks for the response.

I watched both of your videos about sync, but those are for transferring sites between Brizy Wordpress and Brizy Cloud within the same Brizy account.

I'm asking about transferring Brizy websites between two different Brizy accounts that don't share the same login information.

    Is that possible?

    Thank you,
    Justin

    Hi Justin,

When you say transferring Brizy websites between two different Brizy accounts, if your purpose is to just access projects belonging to Account 1 from Account 2, you can invite Account 1 owner as a Team Member to a Account 2 workspace. Please have a look at this tutorial for more details. Team Members & Roles | Brizy Cloud 101 | Lesson 05

If you are asking about transferring ownership of  projects from Account 1 to Account 2, please move all the projects you want to transfer to a single workspace within Account 1 and then contact us. We will transfer the ownership of the projects within the specified workspace from Account 1 to Account 2 manually. However consent of both account holders are required for this transfer.

Please let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi George,

Yes I'm asking about transferring ownership of projects from Account 1 to Account 2.

All of my projects in Account 1 are already in one workspace:

Can you please transfer them to Account 2? I am also the owner of Account 2.

    Account 1: hello@.......h.buzz
    Account 2: jkarlha.......ail.com

    Thank you,
    Justin

    Hi George,

Are you also able to transfer the site "Growth Mason" from:

    Account with email: jkarlhammond@gmail.com
    To account with email: Hello@english.buzz

I just moved the site "Growth Mason" to a new project in the jkarlhammond@gmail.com account called "To be transferred"

Let me know if there's anything you need form me to make the transfer?

    Thank you,
    Justin

    Hi Justin,

We have recently launched a clone feature in Brizy Cloud. You can clone projects from one Brizy Cloud account to another using this feature. Please have a look at this tutorial for more details. Clone Entire Projects with URL in Brizy Cloud in under 15 seconds!

Please attempt to clone the 'Growth Mason' project from one account to another yourself following this procedure. Please get back to us if you encounter any issue.

Hi George, Follow up question. I have the Personal LTD account which includes one custom domain for hosting. But when I go to publish on a custom domain it wants me to upgrade: Yet I don't have any other projects on this account and nothing that is published. Any thoughts on why this isn't working? Thanks, Justin
