Brizy's got stuck in an endless loading mode
Hi,
I've got the latest version of Brizy (2.4.24) and created a new page, which I intended to edit with Brizy. Sadly, the builder has been loading for ages (see the attached picture). My Wordpress is of the latest version and today, before I could log in to the dashboard, I was prompted to update the database, which I did.
Can you help?

Hi Krzysztof,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Could you please provide us with the WordPress credentials, so we can look into this issue further?
Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

WordPress Admin URL:
Username
PasswordPlease make a full backup of your website as a precaution.
Meanwhile, this could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or your theme.
You can identify the conflicting software by:
1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
Thank you for coming back with your reply. As mentioned in my initial post, I do have the latest version of Brizy and as for the theme used, it's Blocksy.
I have already sent the information you requested.
Thanks again,
Krzysztof Glinski

Take care.

Hi Krzysztof,
I have inspected your site, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue as demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/6oFaQmd4IX0
To troubleshoot the problem, I suggest clearing your browser cache or attempting to access the website using a different browser. This might help resolve any potential caching or browser-related issues.
Please inform me once you have viewed the screencast so that I can promptly remove it on Youtube.

Alrighty then. Thanks for coming back to me. Take care.

Hi, Sorry for that. There was another plugin blocking it, which I forgot about. Things should be OK now. Btw., once in the dashboard, you can find Brizy under a different name. The name is Planeta Internet. Thanks.
