    Hi Michael,

This error indicates that some software in your WordPress environment is interfering with the Brizy's functioning. You could check these.

    • Please sign in to your hosting account and check if security systems like Malware protection, Firewall, or DDOS is enabled on your account
    • Check if you are using an embed code from an external source
    • Check if you are using a plugin which can interfere with other plugins. Example: GDPR compliance plugin which can block certain features until consent is given

Please disable these systems one by one and try and identify the interfering software. Then you can take a corrective action.

If you need help with troubleshooting, please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please let us know here when you send us the email.

    George -

I could understand and agree with your conclusion except for the fact that I went on to create another page and have had no issues with saving the second one. Some element on the first page (that is not on the second) must be the trigger to the issue. I am creating a login for you now and will send it in the email string. Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi Michael,

When Hummingbird Pro and Smush Pro plugins are active, Brizy updates causes a 500 Internal Server Error in your project. If you deactivate these two plugins, you will be able to save page edits using Brizy.

Internal server errors are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts. It is possible that there is a conflict of function between Brizy and these plugins. Please consider alternate plugins in place of these two.
